1: First pick the book you want then select the language you’d like it to be in. Click the green “Create your book” button.
2: Follow the step-by-step guide and enter all the personal details needed to build your story.
3: Add a dedication and view the preview.
4: Decide if you prefer a hard or soft cover, if you want it gift-wrapped to make it even more special then check over your order summary.
If you’re happy with the book and want to receive it at home, click through to the next step to complete the purchase process.
Nothing! No purchase details are included with the book when it is sent. The only payment information we send is in the email order confirmation you receive on completion of payment.
Of course! During the purchase process, we offer the option of selecting gift-wrapping before you add the book to your basket. The extra cost is shown beside the option and also when you advance to the payment screen.
Definitely! Once you’ve entered everything we need to personalize your book, you can also add a personal dedication in the space we have set aside for this. The dedication will be printed on page two of the book. If you'd rather not write anything, we add our own special message.
We send our books to every corner of the planet! If the destination is served by a postal service, we will get your book to you. Delivery cost and time depends on the destination.
Delivery methods vary from country to country but in most cases, there are two options.
Standard service: your order will be sent by everyday mail and the national mail service in your country will handle the delivery. With this type of delivery, it's often difficult to
have any tracking information.
Tracked delivery: with this option, you can track the progress of your order, from payment through to delivery.
You can choose either option before you complete the purchase process.
We offer two types of delivery for books purchased: standard or tracked. The cost depends on where the book is going and the package weight (i.e. number of books ordered.) You will see the options available and relative prices once you have entered everything needed. Delivery costs are shown before you enter your payment details.
Delivery times depend on the order and destination. Remember that we create and print the books for each individual child! Printing and preparing the book for delivery takes from 5 to 7 days
then you have to add the time it takes for the package to get to you.
Once you’ve added your book to the basket, we provide estimated delivery dates for standard or tracked options, to give you an idea before you confirm your order.
We’re really sorry you’re still waiting for your order. The estimated delivery date we give takes account of the time needed to make the book(s) plus the time for your selected delivery
service to get it to you.
Most estimates are reliable but national postal services can sometimes be unpredictable and delays can occur.
If you selected a tracked delivery, click the link you received in the order confirmation email to see where your package is.
If you selected standard delivery (which means the book was sent by everyday mail and tracking information is not usually available) and it is more than four days late, please contact us at
[email protected] and we will do what we can to help you.
But don’t worry. If your order seems to have gone missing, we won’t leave you empty-handed.
Unfortunately not. The books are all personalized and printed specially for you.
We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.
We only charge you the amount you see at the end of the purchase process and as shown in the confirmation email. If you see any other small charges on your bank statement, there could be two reasons for this:
1) some banks add a small commission to international transactions when you buy from a company located in a different country from the country of issue of your payment card. The decision to apply a commission is taken by your bank and we can do nothing to change it.
2) Stripe, the company we use to manage online payments, sometimes makes a small test charge to your card to check it is valid, like most providers of online card payment services. If you have to make more than one attempt before finally completing the transaction, this test charge may be added for each payment attempt. Not to worry. Repeat charges are usually cancelled or refunded immediately and should quickly disappear from your transaction list / card statement.
We normally don't send receipts with the books but if you need one, we can send one by email. Please request one from: [email protected]
